How I Work
Most training and coaching fails because it treats symptoms instead of causes, and because it's built without really understanding the people who have to live with it every day. I start with your people first.
Diagnose
We start with a real conversation, not a sales pitch. I ask about what's actually happening day-to-day, and I listen for what's underneath it — because people usually already know more about the real problem than they've been given credit for.
Design
Once we know the real cause, I build a specific plan for your team — one that fits how your people actually work, not a framework borrowed from a different organization entirely. Good design respects the people who'll be using it.
Implement
I work alongside your team through rollout, not just handoff a binder and disappear. Change is unsettling even when it's good — staying present through that is how it actually holds, and how people start to believe it's really different this time.
